Principal's Message

As the Principal of Moti Mahal College of Hotel Management, I take this opportunity to share with you that our student Mr. Rohith Castelino has secured the first rank in Mangalore University BHM examination 2011, and has been approached by many IIM’s Colleges to pursue MBA in their institutes. This highlights the tremendous scope that the students have after successfully completing the four years of BHM course.  Information concerning Curricular, Co and extra-curricular activities of our Institution and our constant efforts to help the students find suitable job are listed in our website.
We ensure that the quality of interaction and coordination with the hospitality corporate are industry knowledge productive and job oriented. Therefore we work closely with the hospitality corporate in order to reduce the gap of the institute and the industry.
 The location of our institute at Hotel Moti Mahal Annexe provides a congenial atmosphere for our students. They are given practical training under the guidance of eminent experienced faculties who train them to perform well academically by conducting regular classes, mock interviews, group discussions, seminar and paper presentations and hones them for their future careers. An important aspect of practical training apart from academic learning is to encourage students to inculcate in themselves managerial qualities while learning by organizing fests during the academic year.
As a  part of their curriculum our students undergo industrial training in some of the  leading hotels both with international and national brands  like Taj group, ITC Welcome group, The Park, Hotel Four Seasons, The Oberoi,  Le Meridien, ISTA, Hyatt,  to name a few. Our students are enthused to take up part-time jobs in the industry to update themselves with the new trends and changing concepts of the industry.
