The art of Professional teaching has changed, considering this, we at Moti Mahal College of Hotel Management has developed our infrastructure and its departments in accordance with the hospitality industry norms. We follow the norms prescribed by the AICTE, New Delhi and Mangalore University . Front Office
The Front Office Training Lab is used for training students in all operational aspects of the Front Office. This includes Room Reservation, Registration, Guest Relations, Telephones, Cashiering, Guest Accounting, Revenue Management etc. The college has installed IDS hotel  Software for  training the students.

F&B SERVICE RESTAURANT
Our college has a full fledged Training Restaurant, a Bar Counter, a Training Pantry and a separate Dinning Hall attached to it where in the students are trained in all operational aspects of F&B Services.

ACCOMMODATION OPERATION LAB
Our college has a very well furnished Housekeeping department with different types of room arrangements where the students are trained on the cleaning procedure and other operations aspects.. The ambience is aesthetically designed to suit the requirements of a Hotel Room.

Food PRODUCTION LAB
Our college has a well designed and equipped Food Production Lab to impart training with a working capacity of 30 students per batch at a time in the following areas:

QUANTITY TRAINING KITCHEN
ADVANCED TRAINING KITCHEN
TRAINING BAKERY lab

LANGUAGE LAB
Students are also given coaching on communicational skills by using latest Audio aided techniques.

CANTEEN
A well designed canteen serving food to suit the needs of students who come from various parts of India and also around the world.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
Students may avail facilities for outdoor sports such as cricket, badminton, basket ball. There is also adequate facility for indoor sports such as table tennis, carom, chess etc.

SWIMMING POOL & HEALTH CLUB
Students are allowed to use the Hotel Moti Mahal swimming pool and health club facilities with prior permission at concessional rates.

Library
Moti Mahal College of Hotel Management has an exhaustive collection of books by foreign and Indian Authors. Foreign and National Periodicals, News Letters and annual reports of Public and Private Companies are a part of this collection. Press clippings are maintained and updated. The Library provides CD-ROMS reference indexing and bibliographical services. We have the e-journal which offers access to the thousand of paper publications.

Computer Facilities
The Institute has a full-fledged information technology park, which offers access to databases across the world. Besides the latest computer hardware facilities, the infrastructure includes software packages generally used by students. Full time faculty support is available to help the students with their practical problems.

Sports and Games
The Institute attaches prime importance to the physical fitness of the students. To address this need, provision is made to provide adequate indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Among the facilities being developed is a well-equipped gymnasium, a swimming pool and an indoor sporting facility for the benefit of students.

Hostel
Separate hostels for men and women students are provided under the care of a resident warden. The hostel is centrally located close to shopping, travel agencies etc. Hostels have the comfortable lodging and boarding facility.

Medical Facilities
The health care needs of the students will be comprehensively attended to under our student health care plan at A. J. Hospital & Research Centre. The Institute has also appointed Student Welfare Officers and a Student Counselor to help the students to deal with personal problems whenever required.
