The Institute is supported with an Admission Cell. The objective of this Cell is to guide candidates in selecting different courses according to their interest and to help in the admission formalities through counselling. The Cell selects Candidates through :

An office is located on the campus for enquiries and counselling.

ADMISSION FORMALITIES
Duly filled-in applications should be sent with a crossed demand draft payable to MOTI MAHAL COLLEGE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT Mangalore. The registration fees once paid will not be refunded. The following documents should be enclosed with the application form:
- Two photo copies of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination attested by gazetted officer / notary public.
- Two Photo copies of the SSLC certificate showing the date of birth attested by gazetted by gazetted officer / notary public.
- Prospectus Charges:
BHM - Rs500/-By Post Rs600/-
Registration fees to be paid for each course.
- A self-addressed postcard for acknowledgement of the application.
- (If applicable) One photo copy of SC/BT certificate attested by gazetted officer / notary public

- Candidates seeking admission under NRI category are required to contact the college office for the procedure of admission.
- The Management reserves the right of admission. Acceptance of application form does not imply admission.
- Detailed fee structure can be procured from the office of the Institute on request. Fees paid upon admission is not refundable in any circumstances.

| FOREIGN STUDENTS ADMISSION |
In addition to all other eligibility requirements of the university, foreign nationals seeking admission to the Institute are required to submit the following:
- No objection certificate from the Government of India
- Valid Passport and Student Visa for the period of study in the Institution
- AIDS free certificate

| DISCIPLINE AND GENERAL CONDUCT |
Students are required to maintain very high standards of discipline. All acts of indiscipline by the students will be dealt with severely through administrative means.
- The practice of ragging is illegal and is strictly prohibited. Offenders are liable to be prosecuted as per law.
- Inability to meet the minimum prescribed attendance norms of the University and poor academic performance will render the student liable to be debarred from appearing for exams.
- Identity card must be carried by the student at all times and must be presented for inspection on demand by the college authorities.
- The students are permitted to meet only authorized visitors and guardians. Visitors are allowed only during prescribed visiting hours. No unauthorized visitor should be entertained by the student in the College / Hostel premises.
- Breach of discipline and failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the Institute and hostel will render the student liable for disciplinary action.
