Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/ improvements

• Faculty members also take up the responsibility of class co-ordinator and regular meeting with students and parents are conducted in the college campus.   In the extra curricular activities and co-curricular activities example seminars, food festivals, sports activities, NSS, cultural and catering competitions etc., faculty members act as advisors.

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance  

• Weekly faculty meetings.
•   Parent's teacher interaction is done once annually.
• Student council is active & holds regular meeting
• Anti raging committee formed with teachers & students.

Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance

Two systems of feedback is followed

•  Faculty assessment by students on formats conducted by principal independently.

•  Verbal feedback   by class -coordinators on faculty performance is obtained and forwarded to the principal.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

Grievance redressal system is executed in two manners:

(i)By way of letters personally handed over to the principal.

(ii)Meetings conducted by class co-ordinators to address grievance.
